I have been in the fitness industry for 3 years working as a personal trainer and previously as a fitness instructor.

Through using my extensive knowledge and experience of fitness and health I aim to help clients reach their training goals through a number of ways:

I have represented Wales in rugby union and rugby league, competed for South England and Carmarthenshire in 400m and been involved with training teams and individuals for sports for the past 5 years.

Areas covered: one-2-one training, group training, sport specific, injury rehabilitation, posture, weight loss and weight gain, body toning and sculpting, health conditions such as osteoporosis and obesity and nutrition or dietary analysis.
